Full service for the Bauwelt Congress 2020
It was with great pleasure that we realized the Bauwelt Congress 2020 Digital. The Bauwelt Congress is the most important event for architects in Germany. The congress is normally held as a face-to-face event with around 2,000 participants. Due to the occasion, the congress was realized as a live streaming event for the first time. We were responsible for the location, infrastructure and entire technical implementation for this live stream event. For this purpose, we have set up complete production studios in two halls of the Estrel Hotel.

Set Up in Studio 2
We converted a meeting room in the Estrel Hotel into a live stream studio. To do this, we hung almost 40 meters of stage moulton, set up lighting trusses, LED spotlights, director's monitors, 3 cameras, and the entire image and sound control system for the live streaming event in one day.
Lectures and panel discussions were recorded in Studio 2. On other days of the event, the moderator moderated live and different speakers presented their lectures. To do this, we displayed the slides together with the speakers.
We also brought in speakers from abroad who were then able to discuss with the participants on stage. The entire production ran for a week and customer feedback was consistently positive.
